We loved the location close to the lake and the dam trail, along with quick access to downtown. We spent our day enjoying that patio and craft beer at Flat 12 Bierwerks, which was just a short drive away, and attended an event at Daniel's Vineyard just down the street.

The coffee maker especially! That way I didn't have to worry about waking anybody else up at 6:30 am. She offered me treats and a space in the fridge.

There are three levels with a finished basement. Home is super clean and very well appointed with modern new appliances and furnishings. The 3 bedrooms have Roku TV and queen beds.

Additionally, there are 2 new premium queen and king air mattresses. The air mattresses are calculated in the total 5 beds, with 3 large L shape couches throughout the home that can be used for sleeping should you choose. Please note that if you have to use more than the 3 bedrooms for sleeping space, that you will be sleeping in open common areas of the home, for example, the living room, so your level of privacy in common areas will be less.There is also a one-time flat fee charged if you are hosting a gathering, if approved. For example, wedding rehearsal dinner, birthday party, holiday party, or any type of gathering that involves additional guests that are not on the reservation. Both the hot tub and party fee are fully refundable under the Airbnb cancelation policy. Additional guests that are not part of the reservation are not permitted on the property unless prior approval has been given by the host/owner.

If you have additional guests without approval, or paying a fee, your stay will be ended. The flat fee for visitors that are not staying in the home is determined by the number of visitors stated.Clean and lots of space!
