But you can quickly fix it manually while we work on a proper fix.Basically, the game tries to create a copy of the default scenarios under Documents/My Games, which it shouldn't even try to. But more importantly, if there's no Scenarios folder there already, it crashes. To manually fix this:1. Go to Documents, then My Games, and then to The Operational Art of War IV folder2. Create a new folder called 'Scenarios' You can leave it empty. The game should now run!Apologies for the mess, we will fix it as soon as possible. Ok, when I tried to start a new game for the first time, i got to the page with the initial three scenarios available. But when I tried to access the folder below, the game complained something about 'custom graphics not found' and send me back to the launcher.I did create the 'Scenarios' folder as above, but now I'm stuck at the New Game / Load Game screen. The buttons are unresponsive, and none of them work.EDIT:Nevermind, I think I found the solution to the problem from this post:Ahzz wrote this:'Laptop, yeah? Going to have to ignore the buttons and watch your cursor.

When the hand cursor goes from grey to color you are on a 'button' even if you are not. Then the tooltip pops up and tells you what button you are on.

My Win10 laptop can't line the buttons up properly just like yours.' So the button graphics are a bit 'off' on a laptop, but you can press them by keeping an eye on your cursor and the tooltips.I can also confirm that creating the 'Scenarios' folder does work. I can now open the scenario folder normally and select all the scenarios from there.

Clicking on that will bring you to the list of scenario folders, which hold the rest of the scenarios. Nine hours, nine persons, nine doors pc download.
